[WSWSS] CW/Voice Keyer

I just wanted to share with you a versatile program that can be used to 
automatically send CW or voice messages.  The program uses the same type of 
interface as required to run either TRX-Manager logging/rig control programs or WSJT 
weak signal programs.

One of the most obvious applications would be to put any rig into a "beacon mode" 
for DXpedition or contest use.  However, it also would be very useful for any type 
of EME, meteor scatter or other schedule using voice or CW on a regular, timed 
sequence.
