Any suggestions on a part-no. for the SRD?  I wonder if a MAR-6 in place of
the last MAR-3 would help?  I have used them for VHF amps obtaining 20-dB
gain.  

Also, I suspect one could add a diode at the output of the last stage to
better generate harmonic energy.  I have a WSS2401 and that is done to
double the freq of the last stage.  In all respects it is identical to the
WSS1152 except for triming the micro-strip lines to 1200 MHz and adding the
diode and rfc on the output.  

I chose the WR-90 mixer-mount because I had it and that the cutoff of the
w/g would filter the harmonic energy somewhat (high-pass).  I have not
tested this combination yet so do not know if the +3 dbm at 1152 MHz is
sufficient drive for the 1N23.
