[WSWSS] Friday evening 1296 schedules

Proposing the usual drill on 1296.1, Northern station on the 1st half of
each minute, Southern on the second half until contact is made.

7:30 - 7:45 WJ6T (expected but unconfirmed)
7:45 - 8:00 K6TSK
8:00 - 8:30 Southern Cal local net, W6WSS net control
8:30 - 8:45 N6XQ (expected but unconfirmed)
8:45 - 9:00 W6QIW

Northern stations expected are myself, K6QXY (if no rain), WA6UAP and WA6KLK.
