  Hello all, 

  The Oregon Region Relay Council - ORRC - currently looking at 
 adopting a 902-928 MHz Bandplan where the weak signal folks will 
 have have: 

   902.0000 - 902.3000 for EME, Weak Signal, Experimental.  No FM
