Conditions were poor down the coast, good into the Sacramento Valley; Bill
(in Pollack Pines) was particularly strong. Conditions in the morning were
exceptional again to Willits (WA6KLK), with only 10 mw required for
reliable comm over a 150 mile path. By evening activity time, these
conditions were still present, but diminished by about 50%. Moisture
appeared to be the medium, as Len was in the top of a fog by about 50ft,
and there was also a 1500 ft fog ceiling here in Fremont when this
occurred.
