Hey Everyone!

I want to thank all who are bidding on the gear I posted to Ebay, It helps
alot.

As to the UHF Contest this weekend...

I plan to activate 222 and 432 Mhz from home, with 144 Mhz as liaison.

144 Mhz is a 18XXX at 39' feed with 100W from an IC746.

222 Mhz is a IC706mkIIg IF feeding a DEM xvtr which in turn drives a Mirage
brick to 120W going to a 7WL M2 yagi at 37'

432 Mhz is The same IC70gmkIIg driving a 110W Mirage brick into a 18 ele M2
ant at 39'. I plan to swap out the antenna for a 7WL K1FO but dont know if
that will happen before Sat AM.

I will follow my standard weekend CQing schedule on 222.100 CW begining at
0630 AM PDST aimed at SLC Utah. At 0700 AM PDST I will be CQing towards
Boise Idaho, At 0730 AM PDST I will be aimed at Sacramento and at 0800 AM
PDST I will be aimed at LA CA / Las Vegas NV.

>From the Beginning of the contest at 1100 AM PDST I will be on 222.100
looking toward Central CA and will go from there based on activity /
propagation.

Throughout all this I will be QRV on the 220 Mhz Prop Logger Web Site
Looking For Schedules. The URL is http://dxworld.com/220prop.html  Its a
great way to keep track of 222 activity.

We can also use the 220 Mhz portion of the chat.dxers.info page, primarily a
6M chat group. The URL is http://chat.dxers.info/?b=1_25m  Its alot quicker
than the 220 prop logger but you must register as a user first. Its a great
site that could use our support.

I will also be reading my email for those who choose that method of
coordinating contacts.

Heres to some new grids on 222 and 432 Mhz!

The KJ6KO Beacons on 2, 222, and 432 are clearly audible here in DM09ol and
at times, plain flat LOUD! Thanks Again Greg for a job WELL DONE!!
