[WSWSS] WTB 222 preamp

I am looking for a self contained high power preamp for 222 like SSB or 
maybe ARR(?).  Needs to be able to handle at least 500w and preferably 
closer to (or greater than) 1KW.  I know I can build up something 
better/lower NF, but for now I want something compact that I can mount 
right at the feed.
