[WSWSS] Hawaii beacons are being heard in LA Basic

Hi David,

I wasn't the first one to hear it.  I heard about it from Chip N6CA, which
he was called from one of the 6 meter guy (QXY) up north.  I was just
putting it on the reflector to make everyone aware of it.
