[WSWSS] wswss field day

The Orange Section of the Western States Weak Signal Society will be
operating field day and using the WSWSS call, W6WSS, for this activity
for the first time. We will be setting up Saturday morning, June 28th
beginning at 8 a.m. We need operators, kibitzers, visitors, and most of
all helpers for set up and tear down.  Everyone is welcome you do not
have to be a WSWSS member to participate or to operate.  We would like as
many WSWSS members to show up as possible, even stopping by to say hello.
 This is showcasing not just WSWSS and weak signal VHF/UHF and microwave
operation but ham radio in general.

We are going to be at the Corona Municipal airport at Smith Ave. and
Butterfield Dr. at the east end and south side of the airport in back of
the airport manager's office and near the restaurant.   
 
Driving Directions:
Directions to the WSWSS Orange Section 2003 Field Day site at Corona
Airport.
IF COMING FROM THE COAST, COME EAST BOUND ON THE 91 FWY TOWARD
CORONA-RIVERSIDE.
AT CORONA: 
Take the 6TH STREET/MAPLE ST exit.
Turn Left onto MAPLE ST.
Follow MAPLE ST through the industrial park to SMITH AVE. ABOUT 3/4 MILE.
Turn Left on SMITH AVE.
CROSS THE RR TRACKS AND RAILROAD ST. 
OR.....
IF COMING FROM THE EAST, AS FROM RIVERSIDE, COME WEST BOUND ON THE 91 FWY
TOWARD CORONA.
AT CORONA:
Take the LINCOLN AVENUE exit
PROCEED FOR ABOUT 0.3 MILES TO POMONA RD.
Turn Right on POMONA RD
GO ABOUT 0.1 MILES 
Turn Left on N LINCOLN AVE
GO ABOUT 0.3 MILES
Turn Left on RAILROAD ST
PROCEED ALONG RAILROAD ST FOR ABOUT 0.7 MILES TO SMITH AVE.
Turn Right on SMITH AVE
THEN:
Turn Left on BUTTERFIELD DR
THE AIRPORT ENTRANCE IS ON BUTTERFIELD DOWN ABOUT 0.4 MILE ON THE RIGHT.
ENTER THE AIRPORT
AND TURN RIGHT TOWARDS THE AIRPORT MANAGER'S SHACK. DRIVE IN THE GATE
JUST LEFT OF THE
AIRPORT MANAGER'S OFFICE AND POLICE SUBSTATION. WE ARE ON THE GRASS BACK
BY THE BUSHES
ON THE RIGHT.
