[WSWSS] F/D & 146.52 FM Simplex QSOs (next can of worms)

Current Field Day rules state that '146.52 SHOULD NOT be used' for F/D qsos. In some prior years, the rules stated that '146.52 SHALL NOT be used'.

I plan to instruct the 2m ops at my local F/D group to stay off 146.52 Mhz during the Field Day operating event.
