[WSWSS] Plans for August UHF Contest and Sept VHF Contest

Hi Dave,

Ill be on in September with everything through 10 ghz. Hopfully I will have
5 ghz going by then, If not in January for sure. August is still up in the
air. Lots of family things that month. If I make it out it will be for a
minimal rover trip in LA area only.

I am planning to rove in SoCal/Central Cal for both the UHF and Sept
