[WSWSS] Beacon DM05

[Wayne Overbeck]

Larry, the Tehachapi beacon (DM05) has been down
for a couple of weeks, apparently due to a loss of
power.  Because of the bad weather, I haven't been 
able to get to the site but I hope to do so in the 
next couple of days.
