  A memorial service for Mike will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, August 18,
at the Erickson-Anderson Mortuary Chapel, 8390 Allison Avenue, La Mesa,
CA (619)466-3297.  Carolyn, his wife, advised that in lieu of flowers,
donations may be made in memory of Michael J. Rhines to the Kaiser
Hospice, 10992 San Diego Mission Road, San Diego 92108 or to the
American Cancer Society.
