[WSWSS] Coaxial Stubs for 12x12 Loop

Dear List Members,

I am interested in tuning a 12x12 loop antenna for 80 meters with =
coaxial stubs.

Can anyone help with instructions on how to do this? Is it simply =
shorting out the two ends with=20

the stubs and cutting the coax to resonance? Instructions seem sparse =
and am I am very=20

curious.
