[WSWSS] ARRL VHF SS activity results

I have to agree with Jack.  If you made any contacts in the contest, submit 
them to the ARRL.  Even if you could care less about competing.  These 
submissions will show the ARRL that there are still people who use and 
contest on the VHF + bands.  If you don't send in your logs, it looks like 
no one is participating!
