No takers on the HB 6-meter transverter, so I'm going to list the two
major components of the transverter...all items post paid CONUS...
1) DEMI 20-watt 6-meter linear amplifier, SMA connectors in and out.
This was the 50PAK which I built in a cast aluminum enclosure...100mW in
for 19 watts out...that's what I get on this PA. Details on the amp on
the DEMI web site. The kit (w/o enclosure or connectors) is $95...I am
asking $100.
2) Factory built DEMI SSS-052 PIN TR switch, BNC connectors on all
ports. Details on the DEMI web site. New cost is $45 (I bought this one
in early November)...asking $35.
3) 222MHz LNA. This is an LNA built on the DEMI VHFLNA PCB and uses an
ATF-10136 GaAsFET. Have no means to measure NF on this preamp, but I do
get the spec'ed 18db gain. Built in a cast aluminum enclosure with SMA
connectors in and out. The PCB and enclosure were nearly $20...asking
$25.
4) Old Janel Labs 220PB dual-gate MOSFET preamp. Measured at 2.64db NF
and 18db gain (at 222MHz) a couple of years ago...preamp has not been
used since...asking $10.
5) 194MHz LO, built on a DEMI VHFLO PCB. Dual outputs, one is +13dbm and
one is +11dbm. The enclosure is an old cellular preamp housing, about
5x2x1-1/2 inches with BNC connectors on both output ports. The PCB and
crystal are worth more than $20...asking $25.
Thanks,
