[WRL] Globe King 400

Is there anyone here that can tell me how the power transformer on the 
modulation deck is wired?

The secondary has two windings,  one 800 and the other 400 volts.  The 
diagram shows each winding has a center tap.

However, the transformer in question has only 5 wires exiting the bell. 
That says and the ohm meter agrees, that both center taps are tied together.

Resistance readings are screwy on the one I am looking at so want to be 
certain of what I see.
