[WRL] Globe King 500A

Now that I have an HF antenna after a long absence, I need to make my 
500A functional again. Power supply looks good but oscillator barely 
works at all. Replaced 6AG7, no change. Wish me luck as I look for bad 
components in the oscillator circuit.

After that, and after some use for CW only, I'll be looking for advice 
with the modulator. First thing there will be a need to replace the 
modulator bypass relay.
