[WRL] QSL Artwork Problems

Thanks to a suggestion from Brian Colgate about a
"reference" line change I was able to get the K9STH
website where it now works with Internet Explorer!

Since I am not a "software" person (hardware and
wiring, yes, software, no) I don't have any idea as to
why making the change works.  However, it does! 
Therefore, the QSL artwork is available on both the
Zcomco and K9STH websites!
