[WRL] VFO for Globe King 500C

The VFO is basically the same as the WRL 755 and WRL
755A.  There is a very slight circuit difference
between the 755 and 755A but the primary difference is
the type of pointer that indicates the frequency.

Also, the Globe Champion 300, 350, and 350A also use
the same type of VFO.
