[WRL] Globe King

This is Glenn....WA3GPE,
  I tried to subscribe to the WRL bulletin but
didnt seem to make it.   Is there a web site address
for WRL?  I need to find a VFO unit for my Globe
King 500 C.  I think it is the same unit that is in
the Globe Champion 300A.  I also need the face plate
that goes with it, any help would be appreciated.
