[WRL] Globe Scout 680, 680a?

Hello all, 

I recently picked up what appears to be a Globe Scout 680. It has been repainted and all the original markings went with the original finish. Can anyone advise what the diffs between the 680 and 680a were?

Where would be a good place to look for a APC 75MMF for the osc. tuner. I found a 60 and a 120 in the junkbox but they are the type you adjust with a screwdriver, no shaft. Its looks a bother to change so I dont want to do it twice.
