Jim -

Don't forget that ALL the contacts of that relay are at about 2000V 
above ground.  The original relay looks like one of the old "open-wire 
feeder" antenna relays.  The wiring is from one "arm" to a N/C contact 
which is wired to another N/C contact and back through the other "arm" 
and out.  Actually, since this is across the modulation transformer 
secondary it will see twice plate voltage on modulation peaks.  So the 
voltage breakdown is far more important than the current carrying 
capacity of the contacts.
