[WRL] Globe King tank coils

A couple of weeks ago I saw an ad for a part of the tank coil for a Globe
King 500.  The thing that caught my eye was that it was wound on a ceramic
form.

I have a GK 500A and have had a C model, but neither had a ceramic form.
This peaked my interest and I bought it from the guy who had placed the ad
on a bulletin board.  It arrived today and is for a GK 500 and I am
wondering if anyone else has ever seen a GK 500 tank coil on a ceramic form?

This is wound with the same wire and has the taps for 15, 20 and 40 meters
like the one in my 500A.  I am wondering when Leo switched from the fiber
form to ceramic and if the 80 and 160 meter portions were on ceramic as
well?  Wonder how many 500s were built with ceramic forms?
