[WRL] Globe 755A VFO Manual - missing page

Thanks, Al. I should have bought the danged manual from you anyway. This is
the last time I buy a W7FG manual copy. I got this one a couple of years ago
and failed to page check it when it arrived, should have known better. It's
the second time I've gotten a manual copy with missing pages from them. Live
