mmra has multiple quantars on 2m and 900 in use and we did not pay for any/most of them.
i forwarded your msg to mmra board of directors on which there are people building/maintaining about 50 repeaters that i know of.
i also forwarded your msg to gemoto@googlegroups.com which is a group that specializes in this commercial stuff/repeaters. 
there are people on that list building/maintaining countless repeaters.   Many commercial radio guys that make this stuff available. 
Sometimes 4 at a time.
