[Wma-ares] SET volunteer update

Update: Gary, KB1AKU and Chuck WS1L:  I tested again the Leyden repeater
after the MT Tom ARES net and I can NOT receive or tx to the 146.985
repeater from my QTH (KC1IZC).
I do not know if K1CBI (Wayne standing in for Agawam MEMA) has tested.
