[Wma-ares] VHF tests

Paul -

The Gardner repeater was full quieting atop Whitcomb Hill in Florida, Ma.
However, in our power and internet loss scenario, would the link to the
Fitchburg repeater remain operational?

If Gardner would be a standalone machine, can the sites in Leominster and
Holden reach it?
