[Wma-ares] SET and WinLink

I agree, we should practice point to point communications, either through relay stations using VHF, or by choosing HF frequencies on more than one band, to accommodate for shifting propagation as the day progresses. 80 m usually fades out as the sun rises, so we should pick frequencies in addition to the standard WMEN frequency on 80 m. I suggest a frequency on both 60 and 40 m would be a good strategy.
