[Wma-ares] Simulated Emergency Test volunteer roster

Hi Chuck
AI did it again. On my response a couple of minutes ago the punctuation was
changed by the stupid AI on my iphone. The location of the commas was
changed.
Gary KB1AKU will be working at the Plainfield Public Safety Complex.
Ted KB1GQZ will be doing the Poet’s Seat relay.
