[Wma-ares] October SET

I'd like to thank the following members who have volunteered to plan our
October Simulated Emergency Test:

Cory Adelt, N1XWS
Ted Boyer, KB1GQZ
Chris Myers, KB1NEK
Eric Pleace, KO4ZSD
Gary Roy, KB1AKU

They will come up with a scenario, define the ARES mission to deal with the
scenario, and establish objectives to accomplish the mission using an
Incident Command System format.

Discussion of what you all would like to see on this email list is highly
encouraged.  Please give them your ideas!

Again, my thanks to each of them for volunteering!
