Please join me in congratulating John, KC1VMZ, for his recent completion of
the Task Book requirements for ARES Level 2.

In addition to completing all required training courses and demonstrating
proficiency in the required tasks, John has also participated in and served
as NCS for a digital ARES/RACES net.
