Chicago Marathon seeks ham radio ops to assist with communications. 

 The Marathon is Sunday, October 13th and this is our 16th year serving this event. 
135 ham radio ops from several surrounding state come to Chicago every year to help support the Marathon’s volunteer medical team.  
There are several different groups to which we assign teams:    
   - Course Stations with 3 - 8 people; 
   - Triage requiring running around with a radio following the medical teams (you need to be in good physical condition) 
   - Pre-Finish working with a team of folks who work the last mile of the course. (This group uses DMR equipment, but we might be able to outfit you if you don’t have DMR equipment); 
   - Forward Command
