 This coming Wednesday February 15 at 0000 UTC (Tuesday evening here in the Central Divison), the W1AW/9 VOTA activity from Wisconsin will start. 
Ryan KB9OWD is the coordiantor for all the W1AW/9 stations in Wisconsin for this one-week-long period, and they will be covering the VOTA bands and modes. All your QSOs with W1AW/9 will be confirmed on LoTW.
The other one-week-long Central Division W1AW/9 VOTA operations are as follows:
IL  start June 28  coordinator Craig K9CT
WI  start July 12  coordinator Mark KB9S
IN  start July 26  coordinator Mark K9GX
IL  start December 6  coordinator Thom W9RY
IN  start December 13  coordinator Carl K9LA

Each state will have two one-week-long periods during the year.
