Location:  Elwell Family Center, Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines Iowa.

Admission:  $10.00 each, ages 12 & Under: FREE

Tables:  $20.00 for the first table, each additional:  $10.00

   - Testing Fee: $15
   - Registration: 9:00 am
   - Testing: 9:30 am-11:30 am
   - No one will be admitted for testing after 9:30 am
