The 2018 Madison Hamfest
Saturday, April 07, 2018

8:00am until 1:00pm
(Dealer Set-Up Friday Night and early Saturday Morning)

The 46th annual Madison Hamfest will once again be held at the
Mandt Community Center
 400 Mandt Parkway, Stoughton, Wisconsin
The Mandt Community Center is located in the Stoughton 
 Junior Fair Grounds on the south side of Stoughton. 

Talk-in Frequency: 147.15/75 Mhz  

Featuring vendors of new and used equipment for all aspects of Amateur Radio, Electronics and Computer enthusiasts as well as computer software.  All in the  Mandt Community Center's spacious 26,000 sq. ft. main hall! 

The doors will open to the public at 8:00am. 
Plenty of spacious FREE PARKING!



VENDOR INFORMATION 

The Madison Hamfest and Computer Fair offers a variety of commercial and flea market space. As of today, there are vender and flea market tables available. 

 Vender space is available on a "first come, first served" bases. Complete vendor information can be found by sending Paul Toussaint, N9VWH an E-Mail or by calling the hamfest coordinator at: 608-205-1994. Be sure to check out the links below.

Every year we need volunteers to make the hamfest successful. You do not need to be a member to volunteer. Please consider helping out by volunteering. There are many positions to choose from. 
 Please use this on-line form to sign up for the postiition of your choice.


 TICKET PRICES 

Hamfest general admission tickets are $7.00 per person. 

Vendor table fees are only $16.00 per 8 ft table if order is postmarked by 
 March 20, 2018, $20.00 after that. Tables are $25.00 day of hamfest, if available.
(Note: Table prices do not include an admission ticket which must be purchased separately) 
 Optional AC power is an additional $20.00. 
 All orders are final - No refunds.

VE Testing  
There will again this year be VE testing available the the Hamfest. 

 Food Venders
There will breakfast and lunch available at the Hamfest. You can enjoy a 
 delicious breakfast sandwich, pastries, hot dogs, coffee, juice and soda.  

 HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
There are plenty Hotel & Motel room accommodations near the Hamfest.
