Hay Guys and Ladies,

Here Is the thing. I am going to make a blanket statement here and that will
be that, if you are on more than one reflector that I posted on Chad's
behalf for,  sorry for the doubles folks. It this somehow gets posted on a
reflector I for whatever reason did not post the details and you are like
what the... is this guys talking about let me know and I will get you the
reasoning behind it all.  I got a number of replies on this that's not a
problem, I've passed them along as I said I would.  Do to my disability I
can be much help to Chad other than helping him find people to help and be
on the ground. since I first posted this, he let me know it was ok to  post
