A (Rohn 20?) tower is available FREE of charge to the person who is willing to remove it very soon! It looks to be about 40-45' free standing. 

It is at 24th and Vine Sts in La Crosse. 

The owner just sold her house and the new owner does not want the tower (which raises questions about them in my opinion). 
 It must be removed very soon.
