Ray Grenier To Speak at Fond du Lac Amateur Radio Club Meeting

The February meeting of the Fond du Lac Amateur Radio Club will be held on Monday, Feb. 10th, at 7:00 pm at Moraine Park Technical College, 235 North National Avenue, Room A-102, in Fond du Lac, WI. 
The public is welcome.

Speaking at the event will be Ray Grenier, one of the most famous Ham Radio operators in Wisconsin. 
His call sign in K9KHW and can be heard on a regular basis in the 75 meter band. 
Ray has just retired this week after working at Amateur Electronic Supply in Milwaukee for the past 50 years! 

Ray has just accepted an offer to take a marketing position at West Mountain Radio, a company specializing in products for amateur radio, DC power distribution and control, as well as R/C hobbies. 
West Mountain Radio manufactures RIGrunner DC power strips, voltage monitors and tools, and precision battery analysis hardware and software; in addition to RIGblaster sound card interfaces.

At the meeting Ray will speak about the future of Ham Radio and will display some of the West Mountain Radio products, and will share some of the rich history of AES in Milwaukee. 
West Mountain Radio will be sending brochures, and will give away t-shirts, pens, and a 10% discount on West Mountain Radio products.
