9:30 AM   to  9:45 AM   Conference Welcome and  Introductions:  Mark Rasmussen  N9MEA,  SEC 
9:45 AM to 10:00  AM   You and Your Wisconsin ARRL Section – Gary  Sorensen, W9ULK, SM WI  Awards
10:00 AM to 10:15  AM   Message from your SEC--- by  Mark Rasmussen  N9MEA,  SEC
10:15 AM to 10:30 AM   Networking Break
On going demo of Amateur TV (ATV) by Mark Rasmussen  N9MEA,  SEC (This is being done with the help of Michael Martens, KB9VBR NE DEC and Marathon County EC.)
10:30  AM to 11:15 AM   Bill  Niemuth, KB9ENO, President, WeComm, Ltd; You and the WeComm Network Voice Network
11:15 AM  to 12:00 PM    Matthew  Marmer, KC7UAO, Calumet County EM:  Accountability and relationship  building with your County Emergency Manager. 
12:00 PM to 1:00  PM   Lunch !   Either in all purpose room or on your  own.   Door prizes will be given! 
1:00 PM to  2:15PM   Idea Share  - formerly known as  Pass the Microphone 
2:15PM   to 2:30PM   Networking  Break   - we will assign rooms for district meetings before break.
2:30PM   to 2:55 PM    Idea Share continues  - then breakout into  district meetings
3:00 PM  to 3:40 PM  John Kruk N9UPC, St  Croix EC:   ICS-205, channel plans. What frequencies do we  need?  
3:40 PM to 4:15 PM SIMCOM Review
4:15 PM to 4:30 PM   Closing  remarks and GRAND door prices. 
5:00 PM   Library closes
5:10 PM to 6:40 PM   Dinner  at local restaurant.  We will announce  the location at the start of the conference and take a count of those that  would like to attend.
