I still have a Down East Microwave 2304 MHz to 144 MHz transverter for 
sale.  I built it in June of 2011, excellent construction (I've built a 
LOT of their transverters).  Works 100%, guaranteed.  Presently set up 
for 10W in at 144 MHz to give 1W out at 2304 MHz.  Can be 
adjusted/modified to accept lower 2M drive.  Tested at Microwave Update 
in 2011 (Enfield, CT) and measured 2.2dB noise figure and 27.2dB system 
gain.  Requires 10 MHz reference signal for synthesized L.O.  Moving up 
to higher (millimeter bands) frequencies and don't use this anymore.
