Hi,

I'm writing to you today to enlist your help in the 2012 Tour de Cure bike ride, which takes place on Saturday, June 16.

We are in need of multiple hams to ensure the event operates safely and efficiently.

In addition to hams, the organizers are also recruiting SAG drivers, so if you know someone who could help with driving, please have them be in touch with me. 
I'm told the ADA has arranged for a fleet of Land Rovers to be used as SAG vehicles this year.
