I wonder how many (unpublished) repeater links are below 440 MHz in
the state?  Is anyone from WAR on this list that could provide some
statistical incite to the potential impact of this bill?

And as important as it is to write legislative personnel, I think it
is also fitting and important to write the division director (Dick
Isely, W9GIG).  And provide feedback on your thoughts on the future of
ham radio and path it needs to take to possibly rekindle activity and
make better use of the frequency allocations we are granted.
