Many of the presentations seen at this year's National Severe Weather Workshop 
(Norman,
OK, March 3-4-5) have now been posted on this Milwaukee Skywarn webpage:

The workshop is targetted to emergency managers, weather enthusiasts, teachers, 
students,
meteorologists, storm spotters, broadcasters, storm chasers,  first responders, 
and weather
data vendors. Just about everyone in our Skywarn family will find some material 
that enhances
their knowledge.

My favorites included new automobile remote sensing, public alerting 
opportunities, and the
psychological response to mass casualty disasters (timely reading - the Japan 
disaster).
As always lots of pictures, charts, graphs, and current findings. All programs 
are PDF.
