out my message about HR 607, I made three errors.  1.  I misspelled our ARRL 
lobbyist's last name.  The correct spelling is:   JOHN  CHWAT  2.  I did not 
include Mr. Chwat's email address.  It is:   arrl at chwatco.com  3.  I failed to 
include more detailed information about contacting John Chwat.        Here is
