DOWNWARD, again, and peak moved out to Jun/Jul of 2013.

Prediced max now at SSN of 59.  For comparison, Cycle 23 max SSN was 120 in Mar
2000.  Cycle 19 max SSN was>200 (!) in Mar of 1958.
