[WIham] SSTV/packet test

Hello, 

We as I said kast week. my interface is ready to try. it not a rig control interface but for PAcket, SSTV and the digitals modes. Somone said to post when I was ready to try a skid. I cant remember who that is but I ready. I cound also try packet. and there is a Freq. on 2 for PSK 31. If this works I need to fig out how to make a swicth so that I can just flip a swicth to gp from the inter face to phone.
