[WIham] 2 meter band plan in Wisconsin

Hi all, 

I just thought about this today. Does Wisconsin have a band plan of its own? Some states do. Some states do in that they use the ARRL band plan. I have always when buy that. I was reading some stuff on line  the writer pointed out that some states do have "there own" along side the ARRL band plan for lack of a better term . That said is there one here id Wisconsin? If there is were could someone  find it? If not ok. I was just reading some things  and thought about it, is all
