[WIham] WQP MOBILE EFFECT

I just finished reading the Results of the WQP.

K9KR did a nice job on the evaluation.

The answer was very obvious to me. 

Let the mobiles compete for the same award as fixed stations, novices and the sort or what ever the WQP committee decides. Let the mobile stations also compete with one another the same way it is now.

Mobiles do have top score so they should be rewarded for it. 

Provide a plaque to the top Mobile to reflect that they are greatly appreciated for winning top mobile score. Let that plaque be issued for Single op mobile beating out a top Single op Fixed only.

Mobile activity, in my opinion, will increase if the reward is there.

Leave all others awards stay the same as they are.

Just my opinion.
