    Have fun on the air this weekend.   V/UHF bands will be alive 
with activity, mostly on the SSB portions, using horizontally-
polarized antennas.  

    However, over the past few years, more and more FM-only 
stations have tried contesting, Getting on the Air With Whatever

detail.   It works best if you spread the word, and get some friends 
to play along.
